For more than 10 years, Master Ambiental has provided Neighborhood Impact Reports (EIV/RIV) and several environmental compliance training workshops for professionals and companies, which lead our company to become a reference in environmental consultancy in Brazil.

Our company already developed 141 EIV’s in several counties across the country, which 43 for enterprises, 35 for shopping malls, grocery stores, department stores and other business, 21 industries, 13 educational institutions, 10 religious centers, 7 infrastructure and sanitation operations  and 5 health centers.

We had the pleasure to provide EIV’s and  to more than 30 cities located in the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Bahia and Goiás, in addition, realized several trainings courses for engineers, architects and city employees aiming to improve the municipal administration.

If it is an industry, building, hospital, grocery store or even a mall, a well-coordinated and developed EIV is a great tool to improve the company compliance with all environmental regulations, improve the company image for the community and provide a better life quality.

Our company already developed six traffic impact studies for grocery stores, real state enterprises, hotels and Universities located in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and the Federal District.

Neighborhood Impact study / Neighborhood Impact Reports (EIV/RIV)

Our EIV’s and RIV’s are all under technical responsibility of the Engineer Fernando de Barros. These projects are developed by a multidisciplinary team, such as civil and environmental engineers, architects and urban planners, geographers and lawyers. We also have a communication team focused in opinion research and community relation.

Traffic impact report (RIT)

According to county laws, besides the Neighborhood Impact study, or as part of it, the City Council may require a specific report called Traffic impact report (RIT), also known as Traffic Impacts Study (EIT).
