The Ecomarket Palhano is a new concept of food retail. While brings back the convenience of traditional farmers markets, combines the modern and bold architectural style, services focused areas, diverse cuisine and cultural activities to local citizens and visitors from cities in the region.

Looking for to bring back the traditional concept of farmers markets, The Palhano Ecomarket was born with the intention of minimizing the environmental impact, in a booming neighborhood on the Lake Igapó edge.
The interactivity of the building with the Lake Igapó, the use of natural light and ventilation and the usage of local materials were determining factors. However, the project of the architect Guilherme Torres also looks to integrate other characteristics of a sustainable building, according to the standards proposed by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) to obtain LEED Core & Shell. Demolition wood, concrete, bricks and a green wall that will cover a large part of the facade were elected by the constructer Raul Fulgencio and Master Ambiental for the Ecomarket structure.
Sustainable practices are present since the first studies until its implementation, as conscious waste disposal, reuse and recycling of materials. The project also provides bike racks with changing rooms, exclusive parking spots for biofuel-powered vehicles, located in a consolidated area: more than 10 basic services within a radius of 800 meters and total prohibition of smoking, among other items.
Important aspects of the project:
- Rainwater harvesting and reuse for irrigation of gardens and sanitary functions.
Dori Foods
Dori began its activities in 1967 with the production of popcorn and peanuts. The company growth secured the leadership in the sweets and snacks market. Employing around 2400 people, one of the company solid principles is the preservation of the environment.
The company is responsible for generating its own energy, besides having its own solid waste treatment system.
Master Ambiental performed the following environmental consultancy services:
- 2 environmental audit in factories, Marília – SP and Rolândia – PR;
- Floristic and fauna inventory, and the creation of an ecological path in Rolândia – PR;
- Environmental noise report for a factory in Rolândia – PR;
- Rural environmental record of two properties in Rolândia – PR.
COOPERSIL
The cooperative of recyclable materials collector and solid waste in Londrina metropolitan area (COOPERSIL) provides public service of collecting and sorting recyclable materials. In addition, COOPERSIL was the first organized cooperative in the city, and the only one with environmental licensing to perform transport, storage and waste marketing at the end.
Master Ambiental offered free advice to COOPERSIL to obtain the environmental licensing of the cooperative.

Tenda Construction Company is one of the leading construction companies and real estate developers in the country with a focus on economic enterprises.
Master Ambiental developed a floristic survey and construction waste management for a business located in Araucária – PR; an environmental licensing and an environmental liability for a new business in São José dos Pinhais – PR.
Royal Park Residence & Resort
Royal Park has an area of more than 300.000 m2.
Master Ambiental held them a couple services, as an environmental assessment, environmental licensing and a forest recovery project.

Located in Londrina east region, next to the transportation center, Master Ambiental has been responsible for the environmental licensing of the boulevard mall.
ALLVET Industrial Chemistry
ALLVET develops its activities in research and development of products and services for agriculture and livestock in the areas of animal health and nutrition, crop nutrition and protection.
Master Ambiental is working on the necessary technical projects to the environmental licensing of a new industry.

Founded in 1919 in São Paulo, the Água Bonita Distillery is a company based in the production of ethanol, sugar and electrical energy. One of the Distillery principles refers to maintaining the company sustainability, which guarantees the productivity and waste reduction, as well as to strengthen the competitive ability.
